1)
PAYMENT: Cheques
in £ Sterling or Euros are acceptable. We
reserve the right to pass on a 2% charge for Credit
Card payments. Deposit is £150 per person,
the remainder becoming due 8 weeks before departure.
2) BOOKING:A
verbal option will be held for 5 working days
during which time please send a completed Challenge
Activ booking form, signed on behalf of the group,
with the relevant amount to us. Any special arrangements
required (diets etc.) should be advised on the
form. Alternatively book via our secure on-line
booking page on our web site
3) PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE: The balance of outstanding
monies must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday
commences. If the balance has not been received
by this time, Challenge Activ reserves the right
to cancel your booking
4) TRANSFER: In accordance with French law we
are fully qualified bus drivers. Our vehicles
are are correctly insured regularly tested,
serviced and maintained. Journey time to/from
Geneva is approximately 1hour 20 mins, the
transfer price of £50 per person is
the return amount providing:
1. The individuals have booked their entire holiday
via Challenge Activ.
2. The scheduled arrival time is not later than
20.00 hrs and the scheduled departure time is
not earlier than 09.00 hrs. For transfers outside
of these parameters, the amount would typically
be £120 one way for 1-4 persons and £30
per person one way for larger groups

CANCELLATION:
(i) If you decide to cancel your holiday after
a booking has been made, you must advise Challenge
Activ immediately in writing. The following
cancellation charges will apply:

The date that Challenge Activ effects cancellation
is the date that written notice of cancellation
is received.
(ii) If for some reason we have to cancel your
holiday as specified on your booking form, an
alternative of equal or higher quality will
be offered or we will refund all monies paid
by you to Challenge Activ. Clients will be advised
of any changes that may occur.
6)
GENERAL CONDITIONS: If you have any complaints
please express them immediately. We will do our
best to resolve them. Should the issue persist
we must be informed in writing within 28 days
of your holiday. Sports activity is entirely at
the client's own risk. If you ski/mountain bike
or take part in other sports activities (e.g.
tobogganing, canyoning) the company cannot take
responsibility for any injuries howsoever caused.
This applies whether as part of an organised session
or not. Ski/MTB accompaniment is a free service,
provided during staff's own time. No responsibility
will be taken if it is not available or if any
accidents occur whilst you are in the company
of Challenge Activ employees. Challenge Activ
will not be held responsible for any loss, delay
or costs associated with adverse weather conditions.
7) INSURANCE:It is essential that you are adequately
covered for accidents etc. please check with you
insurance providers before coming on holiday and
contact us if you need any guidance.
8) PERSONAL DATA:
Once you have been in contact with us (for example to make an enquiry, hold an option or make a reservation) we will hold information about you on file for our use in the future. Typically this would be Name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
Please feel confident that: -
-This information will be passed on/sold to nobody else.
-It will not be used to send you information/advertising from other parties.
-Contact from Challenge Activ will be information regarding your enquiry, booking, payment, confirmation etc. and occasionally updates -regarding relevant dates/activities and/or discounts in Morzine and at Challenge Activ.
