Once availability has been confirmed a verbal option will be held for 5 working days.  After that please send a written confirmation on behalf of the group, with the relevant payment, to our French address.  Online transactions and Card payments can be confirmed by email.  We will need to know of any special arrangements, diets etc. ASAP.We will then require a deposit of £150 / person. Please be aware a formal booking will not exist until we have confirmed receipt of the deposit. The balance of your payment will be due 8 weeks prior to departure.
