Our aim is to make sure that your holiday is the way you want it. From the beginning of the booking process your contact will be with either Anna or Simon. We will answer any questions you may have.

If you are coming by plane we will meet you at the airport. The drive to the chalet takes just over an hour and during this time we can update you on the latest weather conditions and local events.

In the ski season we aim to complete the equipment hire on the day you arrive if there is enough time. We will have lift passes waiting for youand will help organise lessons if you have not booked them already.

In the summer we will spend some time with you on the first evening to plan your itinerary for your stay. We can also plan an itinerary with you before you arrive, which we will prepare for you in advance. If you have come to mainly mountain bike, we will either be available to accompany you or give you detailed advice on MTB trails. During the rest of your stay we are able to transport you to where you want to go.
